All orders are shipped via priority as it is the most convenient and reliable form of delivery. (United States) USPS Priority Mail is usually 1-3 Business Days Non-Guaranteed delivery date**.
The shipping schedule are in addition to any processing time. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5 business days or earlier. Orders placed after 3PM Pacific Time is processed the next business day. If you have ordered an item that in not in stock, you will be notified within 3 business days on the items that are on backorder and an expected availability date. We are not responsible for orders that are lost in the mail, orders that were given the wrong addresses, and/or unsigned/refused packages. Tracking is available via the supplied tracking number.
*For California residences, there will be a sales tax charge of 8.75%.

All orders are assumed in good condition. Due to the nature of our merchandises, all sales are final. NO REFUNDS. Please inspect your merchandise once you have received them. We will only consider returns for damaged merchandises that are postmarked and sent back within 7 days of receiving them as long as they meet the Return and Exchange Policy (see below). Exchanges must be approved once we receive the merchandises and are subject to a 15% restocking/dispensing fee. Due to U.S. Health Regulations, we will only accept returns providing that your return meets the Return and Exchange Policy. All other considerations will be decided by Devi Elle.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size only. Exchanges for a different size applies to only exchanges for the same style number and color of a different size. Exchanges made within 7 days of receiving your merchandise will be granted as long as the Return and Exchange Policy is met and will require no restocking/dispensing fee; however, the customer will be responsible for the postage fee to ship the exchange item. All shipping charges are non-refundable. When we receive and approve your exchanged merchandise, you will be notified via email.
Missing Merchandise
All orders are double checked prior to shipping. Missing merchandises are unlikely. In case it does occur, it will require that you contact us within 72 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us is made regarding the missing items within 72 hours, all merchandises are considered received.
Damaged/Wrong Merchandise
All orders are double checked prior to shipping. If there is a case where you received a wrong merchandise the merchandise will be replaced, in most cases, if notified within 72 hours after receiving your order. Merchandises that result as non-defective will require a returning postage if you want the items back. Please contact us at info@DeviElle.com if you have received the wrong/damaged item or if you are unsure. After Devi Elle has been notified and the damaged/wrong merchandise is approved Devi Elle will gladly exchange the unwashed/unworn merchandise for the same one.
Return and Exchange Policy:
An exchange will be issued on your merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the items. All merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached, hygienic liners in place, along with the return/exchange form. If your return or exchange does not meet these criteria, please do not send back your items as your return as your exchange may not be approved. Instead, please contact us to verify a return authorization. All unapproved returns are subject to a small re-stocking fee for postage to re-ship/return the item. For exchanges, in some cases, a small shipping fee may apply to send out the new item. • We do not accept returns/exchanges for soiled or washed merchandise. • We do not accept returns/exchanges for laundered, worn, damaged items or evidence of alteration. • Approved returns will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping fees, tax, and/or discounts. All shipping charges are non-refundable. • Returns or Exchanges must include a print out of the invoice and the Return and Exchange Form completely filled out. • There is a 15% restocking/dispensing fee for all returned items. This fee is waived for a size exchange as long as all other criteria are met. • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. Please use a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation. • All other decisions will be made by the judgment and discretion of Devi Elle. - Payment & Ordering
